joining the club

Starting to be sore from the dancing I did yesterday. Mostly lower back and tummy, though my upper arms are ouchy from trying to do shoulder shimmies. Looks like several people are sore though so I"ll just join the club. Someone pass the hot water bottle. :)

Somehow it seems my metabolism is already kicked up a notch. I'm frickin' STARVING and it's 10:45am. No lunch for over an hour. Sigh.
